Wes has extensive experience in the NGLs, refined products, and crude oil businesses. He started his career managing physical products for Flint Hills Resources, a subsidiary of Koch Industries. Flint Hills operated 3 refineries and shipped products across the country on a multitude of pipelines. Wes then transitioned to a very successful career as a trader, where he worked at Koch Supply and Trading. After 10 years at Koch, Wes went on to become the Managing Director of Global Commodities at Martin Energy Trading. Wes holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in Business and an MBA from Wichita State.

Scott began his career as a process engineer specializing in the crude oil refining and chemical manufacturing industries at Fluor Corporation and S&B Engineers. He then transitioned to the energy trading industry where he has been responsible for building frameworks and leading teams focused on trade strategy and analysis at Merrill Lynch Commodities, Cargill, and Martin Energy Trading. Scott has vast expertise in the NGLs, natural gas, refined products, and crude oil markets. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston and an MBA from Cornell University.
